Store Policies
Refunds and Returns:
Custom Orders can not be refunded, unless the order has not been started.* Any product that arrives damaged through shipping can be replaced, once photos of the damage is provided. Photos must include the damaged product as well as photos of the packaging. All products are shipped with insurance.
*If I have not started your custom order, you can request a refund. There will be a 20% "Restocking fee". Once the order is started, it can not be refunded.
For Non-Custom Products that are undamaged:
Products can be returned for a full refund within 2 weeks of the delivery date. Shipping cost is not refunded and return shipping is paid by the buyer. Product must return in original condition and proper packaging. If the item arrives damaged, there will be no refund.
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on items that are worn.
